  • About 1 man in 9 will be diagnosed with prostate cancer during his lifetime. (American Cancer Society).
  • About 6 cases in 10 are diagnosed in men who are 65 or older. The average age at diagnosis is about 66. It is rare to develop prostate cancer in men less than 40 years old.

    We offer focal prostate therapies, including cryotherapy and high-intensity ultrasound (HIFU). HIFU is a non-invasive outpatient procedure that leaves healthy tissue unharmed.

  • 3T MRI-Guided Fusion Biopsy

    Stephenson Cancer Center is home to a unique 3T MRI-guided fusion biopsy that used stored and real-time data for enhanced prostate cancer detection. This technology gives our doctors better information with less need for repeat biopsies.
